He has been in the entertainment industry for over 10 years. In addition, Ignacio has experience in banking, holding different positions in leading companies in the investment and financial planning sector. He has two master's degrees: a MAF from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de administración (IESA) and a second Master in Stock and Investment Management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros. (CUNEF).

He has wide experience in the entertainment industry, occupying various positions including Executive Director of Operations at Teleset Mexico of Sony Pictures Television, where he was also a member of the production strategy committee for Latin America.
He also held the position of Director of Entertainment Operations for Grupo Televisa between 2016 and 2019, where he was in charge of directing all negotiations of TV rights and licenses, strategic and financial planning, and supervised the area's annual production budget. He also directed the operations of the comedy and entertainment productions that include “¿Quién es la Máscara?”, “Me Caigo de Risa” and “Familias Frente Al Fuego”, among others. He previously had diverse responsibilities for strategic planning and co-productions between 2014 and 2016 for Televisa Internacional.
Jerry Rodriguez is Senior Vice President Head of Scripted at Endemol Shine Boomdog. He graduated from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla with a degree in Communication Sciences with a major in television production. Creative director, producer, and showrunner with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As creative director of Argosmedia Group, he participated in the development, sale, and production of important series such as “Capadocia” (HBO), “Las Aparicio e Ingobernable” (Netflix).
At the head of Headroom, the group's specialized boutique production company, he produced, wrote, and directed three seasons of “Drunk History Latinoamérica”, directed 2 episodes and was showrunner of the series “Dos Lunas” atcFox International Channels, he as well produced and was showrunner of the science series fiction “Dani Who?” at Viacom International Studios and Amazon Prime. He had an important role at the emergence of stand-ups in Mexico, producing, for 6 years, the Stand-up Comedy that was presented for Comedy Central and comedy specials derived from it. In 2017, he won an International Emmy Award for ESPN's “Suite Olímpica” which he produced and directed.
Frank Scheuermann is Senior Vice President Head of Unscripted at Endemol Shine Boomdog. He has recently supervised different projects such as "¿Quién es la Máscara?", "Me Caigo de Risa" and "La Casa de los Famosos". He has over 20 years of experience in entertainment formats, mainly in the Latin American market. He has also produced other successful entertainment programs in Mexico, Colombia, and other countries in the region such as “¿Quién quiere ser millonario?”, “Bake Off”, “Survivor”, “Popstars”, “The X Factor”, “Got Talent” and “Shark Tank”.
He was previously Director of Entertainment Formats at Televisa, where he actively contributed to the successful innovation of entertainment programming, working hand in hand with talented Mexican and Latin American producers. He was also Director of the Entertainment Department at Teleset/Sony where he directed the International Business area. In addition, he held the position of Director of Development and Production at Keshet International in Latin America.
Since 2021, Karime Gayón is Business and Legal Affairs Director at Endemol Shine Boomdog. She is in charge of supervising all legal and commercial aspects of the company's new projects, development activities and commercial structures for the production of audiovisual content.
Before joining the Boomdog team, Karime spent more than 8 years at Televisa in different legal positions, including the coordination of the legal team of Televisa Internacional, Videocine and Televisa Networks, distributing audiovisual programs all over the world, producing audiovisual reports and participating in Televisa´s special projects. Before entering the entertainment field, she attended law school at Escuela Libre de Derecho (Mexico) and began her career at a corporate and antitrust law firm.
